8 March 1903 – saw the premiere of George Enescu’s work Romanian Rhapsody Op 11 in Bucarest, Romania. We have several examples of this work on the Pristine Audio label PA 087 , Marco Polo MP 3146 and on the Chandos label CHAN 6625 .  If you haven't heard these works before why not give them a try?
